Running sessions with STERK
Want to run more efficiently and better? Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or professional runner, everyone is welcome at the lunch running training sessions. Between March and May, the STERK trainers offer stability, mobility and strength training specifically for runners. This way you not only prevent injuries, you also run better and faster.

Should I sign up for the training sessions?
The sessions are free, but we’d appreciate it if you register in advance. That way we know how many people to expect. You can sign up for the full series or for individual sessions. If you can’t make it, please cancel your ticket via the link in the ticket email.
What do I wear?
Wear running clothes suitable for the weather. The training sessions take place outside at Esplanade Waterkant. You can change in the showers or the locker room on the -1 floor.
